Devon Farms Accommodation is a network of farms spread right across Devon who have joined together to offer good quality accommodation, either Bed and Breakfast or Self Catering. A high standard of accommodation, facilities and service is ensured as all farms participate in the National English Tourism Council's grading scheme, and in addition each farm that joins the network has to be inspected by existing Devon Farms members to make sure that we can offer you, the visitor, that little extra that can make all the difference to your stay.

Farms are unique amongst other types of accommodation in that the diversity of what is offered means that we can appeal to any age group no matter what the requirements. To enjoy the coast and its fantastic beaches stay on one of the farms that is just minutes from the sea. If it's the mysterious moors and their majestic scenery that you want to experience, there is no better way than staying in one of our moorland farms, hidden away on Dartmoor or Exmoor.

To be really in the rural countryside of Devon, with its narrow lanes, brimming with seasonal wild flowers, choose a farm in the agricultural heartland, surrounded by gentle wood covered hills. Such farms are often within easy distance of Devon's main cities and market towns so rural heritage as well as Devon's cultural history is well within reach.

Farms are very popular with families in the Summer months as we can give young (or older) children that magical introduction to animals. However, there is now a growing number of visitors who have discovered the 'de-stressing' effect of staying on a farm for a short break in the Spring and Autumn. Peace and quiet, welcoming log fires, excellent home cooking often with locally produced food all go towards making a regular off-season visit to a farm a wonderfully relaxing experience.
