Take your time and relax - treat yourself to a "Special Break", enjoy our welcoming friendly family atmosphere. Mentioned in the Doomsday Book, Oburnford is a dairy farm, where guests may watch the milking and making of clotted cream. The listed Georgian farmhouse is set in large gardens with many lovely walks in the quiet and peaceful surrounding Devonshire Countryside. The coasts, Exmoor, Dartmoor, the Cathedral City of Exeter and several National Trust properties are all within easy reach. Cullompton M5 (J28) is just 2 ½ miles. There are also many places locally for coarse and trout fishing, as well as various tourist attractions. Accommodation in the farmhouse includes a comfortable guest lounge with colour television and video, and separate dining room. The spacious family, double and twin bedrooms all have tea/coffee facilities, and are either en suite or with private bathroom.

Generous farmhouse hospitality, licenced, with a four course evening meal from our extensive menu, lashings of farm fresh clotted cream and "complimentary wine", make for a perfect relaxing break at anytime of the year.
