Deposit
A 25% deposit is required for all bookings
Credit, Debit or Switch / Maestro cards only - Sorry No Cheques.
Deposits are non transferable. Refundable if we are able to re-let the accommodation.

Balance
The balance of a booking is due one month prior to arrival or in full if less than one month at the time of booking.

Arrival
Standard Check-in is between 4.30 and 7.00pm*
*Other times are rarely a problem but need to be arranged in advance so the day can be planned accordingly.

Departure
Check out by 10.00am*
*The accommodation needs to be vacated by 10.00am to allow sufficient time to prepare for incoming guests.
(subject to other bookings / commitments a later check out time may be possible).

Access
Guests are free to come and go as they please for the duration of their stay.

Consideration for Others
We ask that guests coming in late at night or leaving early in the morning do so as quietly as possible.

Guest Numbers
The number of people occupying the Linhay must not exceed the number stated in our booking confirmation without written approval from us.

Cleaning, Damages and Breakages
The Linhay should be left clean and tidy and in the same good condition you found it.

Please note we reserve the right to charge your card for any additional cleaning (not usually required) and any non trivial damage.

Linen
Full bed linen and duvets are provided as are bath, hand and tea towels. Please bring your own beach towels.

Parking
We have allocated a specific parking space for our self catering guests (very close to the accommodation but not off road).

Cancellation Policy
In the event of you cancelling, please advise us immediately. We will make every effort to re-let the accommodation and if we are able to do so will refund your payment, less a handling charge of £25. If we are unable to re-let all monies are forfeited.

If you do not already have a Travel Insurance policy we strongly recommend that you consider purchasing one before booking.
